Lame, I know. So, does anyone have a myspace? Or were you able to resist the fad?

I'm on Blogger/Blogspot, but I don't keep up with it that well. I just don't see the point in telling the world every little detail that happens in my boring life.

Isn't that the truth though? Why would a bunch of random internet people care so much about the workings of my life? What about real friends that read it, you ask. Well, I could just tell them in person anyway.

I have a Myspace but I mainly use it now to keep in touch with my aunt and cousin who live far away. Other than that I keep it on private mode, hardly any of my friends use Myspace, and I haven't posted a new blog in awhile...it just gets boring and it really isn't all that glamorous.

I've never had a myspace, so I'm trying to avoid the craze. As it is, I waste enough time on the Internet. The last thing I need is to get hooked on something else. From what a lot of people tell me, though, it's like blondie says... not all that exciting or glamorous.

I think so many people have it because so many people have it. Heh, what I mean is that people get it because they think, 'Oh, so many other people have it! All of my friends and their friends have it! I need it to!' I can understand having it to keep in touch with people, though. That's the only real reason why I have one. And I think we all waste enough time on the internet.

I never had a MySpace, but I use to have a Xanga. I didn't really keep up with that after awhile, so I figured why get a MySpace when it's not like I'm going to use it constantly?

I think it would be cool to get a myspace or livejournal (something of the sort) if I were going on a huge travel trip, and (like Tiki sad) I wanted to keep in contact with people. My friend's brother went to China for a study abroad program and he uses his livejournal to post pics, talk about his experiences, and generally keep in contact with his family. It's a lot less expensive than buying a phone card or waiting forever on the post mail.

I had one and I just made a new one.... My old one got hacked into by some chick that I don't even know and she added her myspace to my friends list and then started spamming my inbox and such.

So...why have it? I can't say much; I have a Blogger account, but I don't get on it that much, either.

They tend to get boring after awhile, but I seriously just felt like making a new one. Out of boredom I guess.

Yeah. I start school Monday, so I'll be too busy to even be thinking about boredom.
