Okay, I'm sorry, but using a Game Genie at Tetris is just plain sad. The music was okay for awhile, but it quickly got annoying. Tetris Attack wasn't too bad, but really I haven't played anything past that. They were going onto systems I didn't have, and weren't interested in buying.

Using a Game Genie at Tetris is probably something I'd do since I am terrible at it.
My favourite game apart from Zelda has to be Mario 64, being able to explore the palace in full 3D, all those amazing worlds with familiar Mario enemies, being able to fly, I could go on.

I actually didn't like the N64 when it first came out because the control stick made the play control seem erratic at times. I think Star Fox 64 was the first real N64 game that I tried to play, and I just couldn't figure it out at first. I quickly got the hang of it, though, but I still prefer a solid D-pad.

Heh heh, yes. The good old D-pad. The best controller ever was the original NES. The D-pad and four buttons. There was no room for confusion. I really love the original Dragon Warrior for NES. That game rocked so much and is probably what got me really interested in RPG style games. Heh, I like a lot of the old games. I'm so old school.

How 'bout Pong? Anybody like Pong?

I love Dragon Quest VIII for the PS2. I think all the Dragon Warrior games have been pretty awesome, although I haven't played 5-7 of the series. I admit all the old Atari games like Pong and Pacman are fun to play when it's like a group tournament. Our youth group did that years ago, and it was a blast.

I went to a youth group activity one time and all they played was Halo. Meh, I've played it once or twice. It wasn't that appealing to me but appearantly it's a pretty big game. Anyone like Halo?

I've heard a lot about it, but I haven't played it myself. I don't if I'm going to or not.

There were Halo tournaments at my high school (before the administration decided that maybe that wasn't the best way to advocate peace and respect among students). I used to sit in the commons and watch sometimes, but I never really got interested. My sister has Soul Calibur 2, which is all right, but I don't think I'm much of a fighting game person in the first place.

Yeah, I prefer strategy and puzzle games over fighting and first-person shooter games. I played Doom all the way through a few years ago (I finished it quick with cheat codes. That's the only fun way I can play them), though I had played about three or four stages when I was a kid (without codes). It was okay, but it's just not my thing.

Halo is an awesome game! The graphics are good too. The only problem I have with it (and my parents do too...now that they've been made aware) is the cussing. It's not THAT bad but golly...you think people could watch their language, lol. I beat Halo, but I never got to play through Halo 2...though I've seen quite a bit from watching my brothers and I liked playing multi-player with 'em too. No one could bring one of my bros down in the multi-player thing and I was playin' with both brothers and one of their friends and that friend offers a dollar for whoever can bring down my brother who hadn't died yet and the next thing ya know, I manage to take him down. Bwahahaha, that friend actually did give me the dollar too. I love the shootin' games. Yeah, shootin' people isn't good and that's why it's probably not the best...but if you understand that there's a fine line between that and reality there shouldn't be much of a problem. I would never even beat up anyone...I don't think I've ever even hit any of my sisters before...lol. The James Bond games were always fun and I've played Time Splitters 2...Metroid Prime is an awesome game with that kinda stuff and not only is Samus cool, but she's a girl who doesn't wear all that skimpy stuff. ^.^

I enjoyed Time Splitters 2. That was pretty fun and I loved to make my own levels.

I kind of wished they had left Metroid as a side-scroller, or at the very least set it up like the Zelda games. I've played a little bit of Metroid Prime, and while I did enjoy it a little bit, I like to be able to see everything around me. That's why I was a little frustrated with games like Super Mario 64 and and OoT because the camera angles didn't always allow you to see what was sneaking up behind you.

I like the camera angle stuff. Sometimes it can be annoying when it doesn't do what you want it to, but I don't mind not being able to see behind me.

Makes the game more fun. Another game I really enjoyed, I think it was mentioned before, is Yoshi's Story. Heh, yeah, I'm such a loser. ;D
