Okay, here is the first ever story of the month. Everyone be sure to read it and participate in discussion about it! It's a story called The Death of a Queen written by sardonic whispers. Here's the story summary on ff.net: "Ever wonder what became of Link's mom? This story tries to answer that question. The result may surprise you. It surprised me. How did that spider guy and his family get cursed? Why is Nabooru looking for those gauntlets? Ever wonder?" It's a great story that brings certain elements of OoT to light. It gives an interesting explanation to some of the things about the game that were never explained in the game. It's got a good plotline, decent character development, and all that good stuff. It gets 4 out of 5 stars. **** It's a great story be sure to check it out! Reviewed by: Tiki-Torch

Yeah, it was a great story. Highly original too. To be honest, it helped push me into starting mine. What was your favourite part? It's been awhile since I read it so I may have to read it again tonight.

Most of all I liked how Nabooru and Ganondorf seemed to have mixed emotions about each other as the story developed. And then the part where Impo goes into the Gerudo encampment.

Yeah, I forgot about the whole Impo thing. That was cool. I liked how Ganondorf had the Black Gauntlets. That was a nice addition to the story.

I started reading it today, and read through chapter 6. I must say, it is very interesting so far. And now I am finished with ze fic. I think my favorite part was when the queen was trying to get to the Kokiri Forest. I found it to very good and I give it 4 out of 5 stars as well.
