I think I heard one of their new songs on the radio the other day. It was really beautiful. I'll have to keep an eye out for their CD.

Goth Metal, Chamber Pop, Post-Grunge...... heh but for the most part just rock and a little bit of pop I guess.

Anybody here heard Keane's song "Is It Any Wonder"? I just heard it on the radio yesterday. I thought it was so cool. I might just buy the CD for Christmas. Treat myself, y'know.

Music is completely, absolutely and 100% my entire life. I swear, since age 11 I have not spent more than half an hour without headphones over my ears, listening to my massive collection of CDs and downloads. It would take me hours to list all of my favorite bands, so I will list my top ten. 1. NIGHTWISH. They're a Finnish female-fronted heavy metal/opera band and my life generally revolves around their music. 2. Evanescence. I saw a lot of talk about them here- I have seen them live twice, and own all 3 of their albums along with several rare tracks. 3. Those are my top two, so from here my bands will be in no particular order. Lacuna Coil- an Italian female-fronted metal band. I discovered them not too long ago and am completely addicted to them. 4. Within Temptation. A Dutch band of the same genre as the last two. 5. Metallica. I have been listening to them since I was in utero. My mother saw them live while she was pregnant with me *laughs*. I ended up seeing them in concert 13 years later. Second greatest show of my life. 6. Korn. My first pit concert! 7. System of a Down. I wanted to see these guys in concert sooooo badly, but sadly the show when they came here was completely sold out. 8. Iron Maiden. 9. Tool. 10. Black Sabbath. And those are my metal bands. As far as all-time, solo artists...I will confess. Ricky Martin. My first ever CD was his third album. No, not his English work. "A Medio Vivir" was my first ever disc, and remain my favorite to this day. I own all 10 of his abums, and I've even flown to different states to see him in concert. This man is my idol, hero and all-time mega celebrity crush. And...uh. Shakira. That's all that comes to mind. Sal

I hope by that you mean a bug Jupiter, that's a wee bit scary. o.O I guess it would be pretty cool to see Evanescence...I did see a Sky Sweetnam concert before. That's really the only concert I've been to, though I do like her music. ^.^

I've only been to classical concerts every now and again. What I'd like to see is the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra (I think that's what they're called) playing some Mario, Zelda, or Final Fantasy music. I've heard the recordings and they are awesome!

Ah yes I'd love to go see one of those concerts. There are some up on YouTube actually... I've heard some of the Zelda music. It was really good.
